Customer Loyalty Program - Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What do I need to do to qualify for the free* product Auto-delivery order?

    In order to qualify for the free product Auto-delivery order, you will need a minimum 30 QV active order on Auto-delivery, at least three (3) newly enrolled Customers (enrolled June 15, 2012, or later)# who purchase product in a calendar month, and the total QV of the 3 or more new Customers must be at least three (3) times the QV of the product you have on your Auto-delivery order.

    #You do not need to sign up 3 new Customers every month; it is enough that you sign them up once, as long as they keep on ordering.

    The amount of product you may earn is dependent on the amount of cumulative rewards points the new Customers purchase (divided by the number of the Customers). For example, if your three new Customers each purchase 60 rewards points of product in a calendar month, you may receive 60 rewards points of product free. Please see the Official Rules for additional examples.

  2. I have three new Customers (enrolled June 15 or later) who placed product orders this month. When will I receive my free* Auto-delivery order?

    Your free product Auto-delivery order will process next month on your scheduled processing date.

    For example, if you met the qualifications in July, you will receive your first free Auto-delivery order in August.

  3. I enrolled three Customers last month and they are purchasing product again this month. Will their orders count toward my free* product Auto-delivery?

    Any Customers you enrolled after June 15 will count toward your free product in a given month until they stop ordering, or if they are also receiving the products free.

    If a new Customer enrollment starts with an Auto-delivery base order, once it generates an order, this volume will count towards the Enroller, as long as that new Customer is not receiving their free Auto-delivery product. For example, if you enroll a new Customer in July who does not have any volume on their account until August when their Auto-delivery base order generates, you will not be able to use their Customer volume towards your free Auto-delivery order until August or if this Customer is qualified for their own free Auto-delivery order.

  4. Do I need to place an order in the current month to qualify for the free* Auto-delivery order for the following month?

    As long as you have a 30 reward point minimum Auto-delivery order on file, and you have enrolled three (3) new Customers after June 15, 2012, you may be eligible to earn the free product Auto-delivery.

  5. If I qualify for a free* Auto-delivery order, do I need to pay tax and shipping?

    Yes, to receive the free product you will need to pay the tax and shipping (EUR 9,95 8,45 GBP, 12,44 CHF, 89,35 SEK, 39,80 PLN) on the order at the time the order is processed.

  6. Will I receive the Fast Start Bonus on the first order of Customers I enroll?

    No, to compensate for the product cost of the free Auto-delivery order, the commissionable volume from product orders of new Customers (enrolled July 1 or later) will be reduced and will not pay Fast Start Bonuses.

  7. Will the Customers I enroll also count toward the new enrollments for the Kickoff Frenzy and Double Frenzy Bonus?

    Yes, the Customers you enroll will count toward the Kickoff Frenzy and/or Double Frenzy Bonus as long as the Customer's order and Auto-delivery meet the requirements for the Kickoff Frenzy and/or Double Frenzy Bonus.   8. Will the volume from new Customer orders count toward Momentum volume?

    Yes, Customer orders that are on Auto-delivery will count toward your Momentum volume.

  9. If I qualify to receive free* product, can that Auto-delivery be mailed separately from my Auto-delivery order?

    No, the free product is only rewarded as an Auto-delivery order; not a one-time order.

  10. Will my free* Auto-delivery order count for my activation and/or qualification?

    Yes, your free Auto-delivery order will still count for personal activation and qualification purposes.

  11. If I have more than one Auto-delivery base order on file and I qualify for free product, which Auto-delivery base order will be free*?

    Our system will look for the first Auto-delivery base order that generates; if this Auto-delivery matches or is lower than the free volume amount earned, it will go out as the free product order.

    For example: If you have two Auto-delivery orders, one consisting of 60 reward points and the other 120 reward points, and you have three (3) eligible Customers who purchase a cumulative amount of 180, you will receive the 60 reward point Auto-delivery because you will only be qualified for 60 reward points of free product.

  12. When will I know that I have qualified to receive free* product?

    Our systems will update qualification status daily and will determine the final results after midnight (Arizona time) on the last day of each month. Based on the information found, the system will determine the amount of free product you shall receive.

    Please note that if Customer orders are returned or cancelled prior to your Auto-delivery processing, adjustments may be made, which could change your qualification to receive free product and/or the amount of free product you are able to receive.

  13. If one of my personally enrolled new Customers meets the requirements to receive his/her Auto-delivery product order for free*, will they still count as one of my three personally enrolled Customers?

    No, Customers who are qualified to get their product free will not count as one of your three. You are responsible to be aware of the potential qualification of your Customers and should consider having more than three Customers who actively purchase product.

  14. Can I change my Auto-delivery base order to higher QV if I earned more free volume than my current Auto-delivery amount? If yes, will it still be still sent for free?

    Yes, you are able to change your Auto-delivery to match the free Auto-delivery amount. We recommend, however, that you do not make any changes to the Auto-delivery base order 48 hours from the scheduled monthly processing date.

* A free product Auto-delivery order means that you receive your Auto-delivery product for free, all you pay is the shipping and handling. This cost is unified for all countries and it is EUR 9,95 (8,45 GBP, 12,44 CHF, 89,35 SEK, 39,80 PLN).
