- Challenge start date
- "BEFORE" front and side photos (View tips on taking "before" photos)
- "BEFORE" weight in kilograms
- "BEFORE" body composition measurements - Body composition measurements must be in centimetres and include waist, hips and thigh. (View tips on taking measurements)
To COMPLETE your challenge, we require the following information:
- First and last name
- Vemma ID (VID)
- Challenge end date
- "AFTER" front and side photos (View tips on taking "after" photos)
- "AFTER" weight in kilograms
- "AFTER" body composition measurements - Body composition measurements must be in centimetres and include waist, hips and thigh. (View tips on taking measurements)
- Brief summary of your challenge experience in 250 words or less
